    Hans likes his drinking chocolate with 200ml (an average mug) of semi-skimmed milk into which he melts 45g of chocolate beads (around 3 table spoons).

  • Featured Supplier - Thursday Cottage

    Thursday Cottage began in a Somerset kitchen in 1963. They have since moved production to Essex and now make over 120 different curds, jams, marmalades, fruit coulis and a host of Christmas and gifting products. All of their produce is hand-cooked and packaged. They are true supporters of independent trade, which means you will only find them in farm shops, and delis such as Seasons!

  • Featured Supplier - Bim's Kitchen

    Bim’s Kitchen is the creation of husband and wife team James “Bim” and Nicola Adedeji. They're a small family business that has started producing a unique range of own-recipe African-inspired products using a variety of African spices and other ingredients. Some of their recipes have long been enjoyed by friends, family and work colleagues who actively encouraged Bim and Nicola to develop a range of retail products for them and the world to enjoy. Others have been created as the business has grown and they found new and ever more tasty and interesting things to make with a unique range of ingredients. Whatever product you try, you are in for a real treat!

    All Bim's Kitchen products are hand cooked in small batches using unique, high quality ingredients. All are suitable for vegetarians and most for vegans.
